Revology are a product design company based out of Wanaka, New Zealand. For them it’s all about designing out obsolescence, reducing their footprint and creating objects that make sense.
Revology first came to us in 2015. They had only just started up and needed a launch video as they were looking for investment. They wanted to communicate their branding , styling and ethos but didn’t have a physical product yet. Straight away we knew we could really help them and suggested that do a strategic brand story. As part of the concept development stage we went away and researched the brand and defined some key words that formed the backbone of the story. Once we had a clearer idea of how we were going to move forward we talked these through with the team making sure we kept their core values in mind. The special thing about this project was that we worked with a musician who specifically composed the music for the video. This allowed us to really develop the emotion when we wanted to rather than working with a pre planned / ordained script.
The finished product was taken to investment pitches around the world and got some fantastic feedback.
We have continued to work with Revology, producing further videos to strengthen their brand.
